這兩包都是卡樂B的青豆脆片,左面是來自美國的《Harvest Snaps Snapea Crisps Lightly Salted》(田園青豆脆條),右面是香港的《和‧風味小食-青豆脆片(日式芥辣味)》。同一牌子,同一類食品,但用料卻是天與地的差別!
美國脆片的成份:
Green Peas, Vegetable Oil (Canola, Sunflower and/or Safflower Oil), Rice, Salt, Calcium Carbonate And Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Palmitate)
香港脆片的成份:
小麥麵粉、植物油、米粉、青豆、木薯澱粉、食鹽、麥芽糊精、糖、增味劑(621)、調味料、醬油粉、穩定劑(170)、抗結劑(551)、酸度調節劑(330)、香辛料、色素(102、133)、甜味劑(951)
食物成份,排列愈前的份量愈多。青豆脆片,青豆是主角,美國的第一樣就是 Green Peas,名副其實;香港的卻排到第四位,麵粉米粉才是主角!美國的基本上沒有甚麼不健康的成份,更標明沒有基因改造材料;香港的卻有多樣數字成份。
當然,這比較是不很公平,一分錢一分貨,以相同重量計,美國的起碼貴香港的一倍!我只開了美國那一包,清淡而好味、不油。香港那一包都會快將品嚐。
品嚐過香港那一包,都好食,但似無蝦味的蝦片。除了成份,造工也不如美國的造成一條長青豆形。
我也有包盛香珍的蒜香青豆,成份是:

化學成份比你那包香港脆片少。
有趣的是色素原來無綠色,要黃+藍變綠 (顏色相減法)。
哦!黃+藍變綠咁過癮,其實得人驚!

I didn't feel how bad the gluten to me and people I knew. The Harvest Snaps also has the label "Gluten Free"!
